Members of 11KBW’s Community Care team discuss recent developments and topical issues in community care law, including;

  • legal issues that have arisen in the first year of the Care Act  
  • recent developments in the eligibility of persons subject to immigration control to accessing community care provision
  • vulnerable adults: Safeguarding, when and how to go the CoP
  • the latest position on ordinary residence and the division of responsibilities between local authorities and other arms of government, and
  • practical advice on procedure and strategy in community care litigation.

We will be holding our roadshow at three different venues nationally;

Registration for all the seminars will be from 9am, with the seminars starting at 9.30am – 1.20pm with lunch being served afterwards.


£25 per person + VAT (£5.00) (Total £30)


The seminars will be accredited with 2.5 hours CPD with the SRA and BSB.
